You can use deep breathing exercises to relieve anxiety, tension, insomnia, headaches, depression, chronic pain of any kind, stress and much more. As a matter of fact, there probably isn’t any condition that wouldn’t benefit. Not only that it also stimulates high levels of creativity, higher states of consciousness and deeper awareness.
