Tidbit Tuesday – Is Surgery for Sinusitis Really Needed?

July 13th, 2010 · No Comments ·

I saw an appalling segment on the news recently promoting surgery as a cure for sinusitis.

For over a decade I had chronic sinusitis that simply disappeared when I stopped smoking, removed sugar, wheat, yeast, food additives and preservatives from my diet, reduced exposures to mold, stopped wearing perfume and switched to environmentally friendly cleaning and personal care products.

The reason for this is because Candida overgrowth, food sensitivities, chemical sensitivities and mold sensitivities are all major causes of sinusitis.

With some simple changes in diet and lifestyle, surgery for sinusitis can be avoided.
