Tidbit Tuesday – Is Your Healthy Food Making You Sick?

September 7th, 2010 · No Comments ·

It doesn’t seem to make sense that healthy food could make you sick, but it’s true. If you have an unidentified food sensitivity or allergy, and as much as 80% of the population may have, it can be the root of your weight gain, anxiety, hyperactivity, attention deficit, arthritis, depression, insomnia, headaches, gastrointestinal disorder, migraine, eczema, psoriasis, acne, behavioral disorder, memory loss, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, MS and many more.

It could be those beautiful tomatoes, garlic or onions or those crunchy nuts and crisp apples. Even the most nutritious food can be a poison to the person with an unidentified intolerance.

By identifying your sensitivities and removing them from your diet, drastic improvements in your condition may be found. I personally lost 20 pounds by removing wheat from my diet and overcame anxiety attacks by removing sugar.
