Tidbit Tuesday – Stop Cravings for Sugar with Meat Protein
The most effective way to halt cravings for sugar is to eat meat and fat when a craving comes on instead of a carbohydrate.
Lean meat protein which comes with a small amount of fat inherent in its composition will balance your blood sugar and neurotransmitters, which are two of the primary factors that cause cravings for sugar.
When you eat a carbohydrate, it only perpetuates the cravings.
