    I proved this yesterday as I pigged out and ate nearly a kilo (two pounds) of yoghurt yesterday. That is the last time as I felt terrible, plenty of bloating, wind etc
    I have probably set myself back a week or three in my recovery

    Hi John,

    Yeah, if you’re going to eat yogurt, you should eat the sugar-free kind. Of course it all contains lactose, but there is a big difference between lactose and added sugar. Then, of course, you want to eat a small serving, instead of 2 pounds. LOL Sounds like your Candida cravings got the best of you, but that’s okay. Just keep moving forward.
