Tidbit Tuesday – Why the Paleolithic Diet?

Did you know that prior to the introduction of sugar, grains and dairy to the diet, that degenerative health conditions among human beings did not exist?

The Paleolithic Diet, also knows as the caveman diet, hunter-gatherer diet, stone age diet or paleo diet, is the diet I recommend to everyone because it is the diet that is genetically designed for your body.
