Hi, I'm Cynthia Perkins, M.Ed.

I've been a high stress and anxiety/fear prone individual my entire life and it takes a great deal of conscious effort to keep them at bay even in the best of situations. This is one of the primary factors that drove me into the health field. Throughout my teens and twenties, I endured crippling and incessant anxiety attacks, which I successfully overcame with changes in diet and lifestyle. So, I've become an expert on the topic out of necessity.

I'm also a trained mental health professional with degrees in psychology and counseling and hold a certificate of completion in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction).

Through my personal and professional journey over the past three decades I have acquired a treasure chest of strategies to help tame the beasts of stress, fear, and anxiety effectively.
