Hello, I’m Cynthia Perkins, M.Ed. For more than a decade I suffered from many Gaba related conditions including debilitating anxiety attacks, clinical depression, compulsive overeating, addiction to benzos, alcohol, marijuana, sugar, caffeine, and nicotine. So, like you, I know first-hand how debilitating these conditions can be.
After going down many wrong roads, I eventually overcame all of those conditions and have maintained more than three decades of recovery by making changes in diet and lifestyle, identifying the underlying causes of my symptoms, and utilizing a variety of holistic wellness practices like the one you will find in this guide.
