Get Cutting-Edge and Holistic Self-Care Tips to Enhance Your Health and Well-Being

Be Empowered by Being Properly Informed

Have you had it with all those outrageous claims for miracle cures that don’t actually work?

Do you get tired of talking to healthcare professional after healthcare professional who really doesn’t have a clue what it’s like to have a health condition?

Wouldn’t you rather get your information from an expert who has actually been in the trenches herself and can tell you from first-hand experience what works and what doesn’t without all the marketing hype?

Are you tired of being disappointed over and over and wasting your money on methods, products, and tests that aren’t effective or reliable?

Isn’t it time for an honest, down-to-earth, realistic, straightforward approach to holistic health and healing?

Then you have come to the right place – because that’s what you get with Cynthia Perkins’ Holistic Help Newsletter.

Not only have I been researching and writing about the effects of diet, nutrition, microbial overgrowth, and environmental toxins on our physical and mental health for more than 30 years, but I have lived with the challenges of many health conditions myself and I am a trained mental health counselor.

You get the best of three worlds — Someone who has been there done that, an informed holistic healthcare educator, and mental health professional. I have expertise in a wide area of topics and conditions including individualizing your diet for your particular health condition, environmental toxins, Candida overgrowth, depression, anxiety disorders, compulsive overeating, sugar and carb addiction, adrenal fatigue, SIBO, neurotransmitter imbalances, brain health, stress management, drug and alcohol addiction, childhood abuse and trauma, and more.

Like you, I have been disgusted, frustrated, and sometimes even appalled, by the cost of care, misinformation, marketing hype, and lack of true understanding in the healthcare community, including holistic practitioners. I, too, know what it’s like to lack the financial resources to acquire good healthcare.

As a truth seeker myself, my goal at Holistic Help is to provide you with the facts and guide you to holistic self-care strategies that are cost-effective, honest, realistic, practical, and hype-free.  I have a reputation for telling the truth, even when it is not a popular or profitable view. My clients often tell me that I am “the voice of reason” in a sea of partial/incorrect information.”

The tips, techniques, and strategies that I share with you are those that I know to be effective and true on both the professional and personal level, to help you optimize your physical, emotional/mental, and spiritual health and well-being.

My goal is to help you take charge of your healing journey and life life to the fullest regardless of what health condition you face.
