Pretty much everything on the market for balancing Gaba and glutamate focuses on using nutritional supplements and neglects the most important component of the process, which is the food that we eat. I overcame many Gaba-related conditions more than 35 years ago, including disabling anxiety attacks, depression, compulsive overeating, and addiction to benzos, alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, sugar, carbs, and caffeine.

 

As I have gone through my wellness journey I tried all the supplements that are recommended and they either did nothing or in most cases made me significantly worse and incited numerous debilitating symptoms. Nobody ever told me to focus on my diet. I discovered this on my own.

 

I wasted many valuable years and thousands of dollars going down the wrong roads. But it doesn’t have to be this way for you.

 

Throughout my three decades of research and experimentation on the topic to address my own health issues, I discovered that the most effective way to keep Gaba and glutamate in balance, as well as balance all other neurotransmitters in the brain is through proper diet. And the definition of a “proper” diet is not what you would expect.

 

Making changes in my diet was the most pivotal point in my life. It was changes in my diet that were the primary impetus for being able to overcome the disabling anxiety attacks, depression, compulsive overeating, and addiction to many substances. It completely changed the trajectory and quality of my life. I would likely be dead or institutionalized if it had not been for changes in my diet.

For nearly 20 years she has worked with individuals all over the world to help them balance neurotransmitters, alleviate stress and anxiety, overcome their addictions, and elevate their health and well-being.
