It can be mind boggling as you try to sort through all the different opinions, theories and healing diet approaches. Many people get lost along the way or waste a lot of time on a diet that really isn’t a good fit for them and ultimately does not promote optimal health.
The definition of a healthy diet varies from person to person and is dependent on your unique biochemistry. The diet that is healthy for you may be completely different from the diet that is healthy for your partner or friends. However there are a few basics that apply to everyone.
